Registration and payment of registration fee

Every person attending the conference should register separately.
Conference fee is DKK 1.120 (150 €).
The conference fee includes lunch during the conference, a welcome reception at the Danish National Centre for Social Research (SFI) the 21 June and a boat tour the 22 June. The conference dinner the 22 June (location to be announced) is to be paid seperately (DKK 350 / 50 € per person). You do not need to make two separately bank transfers, but the amount of money to be transferred depends on whether or not you decide to participate in the conference dinner and if you would like to invite accompanying persons to the conference dinner.
How to pay the registration fee
The registration has to be paid via a bank transfer. Please register and pay the registration fee and the confererence dinner no later than the 25th of April 2010.

In order to trace your bank transfer payment, please be sure to always indicate TRANSFORMING CARE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION (us2292), your first name, last name, and adress on the payment.
